It's got the heart of a Benson amp with added modern functionality like onboard reverb, cab sim, boost, and more.
The Amp uses a 12AX7-driven high-voltage preamp circuit paired with a Class D power amp that scales up to 200W at 4 ohms. The EQ section is pulled directly from the Monarch and Chimera amps-simple bass and treble controls that work well across the board with any guitar or pickup. Reverb and boost are both footswitchable, and the ROOM control simulates natural early room reflections for direct-out use or silent stages. It also features an analog cab sim based on Benson's oversized 1x12 with a Ceramic 30 speaker, captured with an AEA N22 ribbon mic. That circuit feeds the balanced XLR and headphone outputs with virtually no latency.
