Using transistors turned backwards, this unique electronic configuration allows for a huge sound to be achieved with the pedal. However, you can get so much more than fuzz with the Soundwave Breakdown. It has the potential to give you fuzz, distortion, overdrive, beeps, and overall weirdness, making it a great pedal for sonic experiments. Lacking a volume control, this pedal is controlled by its three filter knobs. There is little rhyme or reason to the layout of the Soundwave Breakdown, and it takes tweaking and experimentation to a whole new level.
