The body of the Cabaret-JB is crafted from a gorgeous piece of figured maple and capped with a solid spruce top. Not only does this wood pairing give the Cabaret a tasteful look, but it projects a chiming tone with tight lows, glassy mids, and an articulate top-end. The Cabaret also sports a genuine bone nut and bone saddles, as well as an ebony bridge, adding sustain and clarity to its sound.
Eastman built the Cabaret to play impeccably well. The solid cedar neck of the Cabaret has a Narrow Classical profile and a sleek ebony fingerboard, allowing players to glide across all 20 Jescar frets with ease. And, courtesy of its 30" fretboard radius, fingerstyle players will find the Cabaret to be particularly comfortable.
The most remarkable feature of Eastman's Cabaret is its highly advanced LR Baggs LB6 electronics that deliver an exceptional amplified tone.
