Description
The Eastman E10D-TC is a solid choice for intermediate to advanced players who want a no-nonsense dreadnought with big tone and long-term reliability. Built with a solid thermo-cured Adirondack spruce top and solid mahogany back and sides, this one's got that classic pre-war look and feel, but with some modern reliability baked in. The thermo-cure treatment gives it a broken-in sound right out of the case; warm, loud, and responsive, without having to wait years for it to open up.
Its traditional "Even C" neck carve and 12" radius ebony fingerboard offer a familiar, comfortable feel whether you're strumming hard or working through more dynamic fingerstyle. The Gotoh SE780 tuners, dual-acting truss rod, and bone nut/saddle setup all work together to keep tuning stable and intonation dialed in. With the scalloped X bracing inside, you get that punchy low-end response and clear mids that make this ideal for stage or studio.
From the tortoise binding to the pearl dot inlays, the build quality here is top notch. It feels sturdy, not flashy, and plays exactly how you'd want a well-made dreadnought to play. We've been really happy with the consistency on these. It's one of those guitars you don't have to worry about, just pick it up and it does the job, day after day.
