Description
The Gibson Dirty Fingers humbucker is built for one thing; Maximum output. Originally released in the '70s, it's still one of the hottest pickups Gibson has ever made, using three ceramic magnets and overwound coils to push amps hard while keeping your guitar's core tone intact. It's aggressive but not muddy; great for down-tuned riffs, lead lines that need to scream, or anyone chasing sustain and cut in a high-gain setup.
This version includes four-conductor wiring for coil splitting and other wiring options, plus it's fully wax potted to eliminate any unwanted squeal. The adjustable pole pieces let you fine-tune string balance, and the double black bobbins give it that raw, no-nonsense look. We've dropped these into a few guitars over the years, and every time, they've delivered big, bold tone that doesn't hold back.
