This one's built for players who need a highly responsive, stage-ready guitar that doesn't compromise on tone or feel. The Ruby Red Sunburst Flat finish over the poplar burl top gives it a high-end, modern aesthetic that's all business, with just enough flash to stand out.
It's loaded with a roasted maple neck using Ibanez's S-TECH treatment for improved attack, stability, and sustain. The carve is slim but comfortable, measuring 0.81" at the 1st fret and 0.89" at the 12th, with a compound-feeling rosewood fretboard and 24 jumbo stainless steel frets-easy on the bends, great under fast fingers. For pickups, you've got a custom DiMarzio KIKO set: ceramic humbuckers in the neck and bridge for clarity and crunch, with an Alnico single coil in the middle that balances surprisingly well with the humbuckers. Add in a coil tap and you've got more tonal range than most S-style setups.
The Gotoh T1502 tremolo feels snappy and smooth, and it's paired with Gotoh MG-T locking tuners and a bone nut for rock-solid tuning. Luminlay side dots help you navigate low-light stages, and it all ships in a fitted hardshell case.
