At its core is a roasted alder body mated to a caramelized maple neck-thru construction with a scarf joint, delivering exceptional sustain, stability, and unrestricted upper fret access. The graphite-reinforced caramelized maple neck is carved to Jackson's fast Speed Neck profile and topped with a smooth ebony fingerboard featuring a 12"-16" compound radius, 24 jumbo stainless steel frets, and classic pearl sharkfin inlays. A Seymour Duncan Black Winter bridge humbucker provides all the aggression this guitar needs, producing massive output, razor-sharp articulation, and crushing low end that excels in modern metal, hard rock, and aggressive rhythm playing.
