What makes this guitar special: Super cool cutaway dreadnought made towards the end of the Westerly, RI era. Wonderful response with a warm, rich tone. Professionally set up by our luthier with fresh strings & low action, so it plays great!
Cosmetic Condition: Great shape for its age, showing sign of light play wear - some minor nicks & dings; mild surface scratches & pick wear. The back of the bridge is lifting just ever so slightly from the top, but is still quite firmly attached & presents no issues with playability or sound quality.
Neck: Mahogany neck with cream side-dots. Ebony fingerboard with mother of pearl dot inlays. Frets show very little wear & have plenty of life in them. Mother of pearl 'Chesterfield' & Guild headstock inlays. Gold Grover Rotomatic tuners are in perfect working condition. 1 11/16" nut width; 25 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod is in good working condition.
Body: Cutaway dreadnought with multi-bound top & back. Solid spruce top with ebony bridge & cream end pins. Black pickguard & multi-ring rosette. Rosewood back & sides with an arched back. Guitar weighs 5 lbs 15.9 oz.
Pickup: Fishman Prefix active preamp in perfect working condition.
Case: Martin hardshell case included.
