2021 marked the 90th anniversary of Rickenbacker Guitars & this gorgeous 4005XC is one of the first limited edition models to debut from that celebration. It features a deluxe thinline, semi-hollow maple body with checkered binding. Three-piece maple neck with 24 frets & a beautiful rosewood fretboard adorned with "crushed pearl" triangle inlays. Professionally set up & ready to play straight out of the case.
Cosmetic Condition: This gorgeous bass has never been sold to the public before & still has its original shipping box with accessories! Marvelous condition - very clean & still like new! The factory stickers are still on the pickguard! After the bass was photographed it was placed back in its box & will be stored until purchased.
Neck: 3-piece maple & walnut neck with white binding & black side-dots. Beautifully figured osewood fingerboard with crushed pearl triangle inlays. Frets are clean with no wear. Schaller tuners work perfectly. 1 11/16" nut width; 30 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rods work perfectly.
Body: Thinline, semi-hollow maple body with bound "slash" hole. Double-bound with checkered binding. Trapeze tailpiece with four-saddle adjustable bridge. Split-level white pickguard with original factory stickers. Bass weighs 9 lbs 5.9 oz.
Electronics: Two "toaster top" single coils with 3-way toggle switch. Dual volume & tone controls with blend knob. Mono & Stereo outputs. All electronics are in perfect working condition.
Case: Original hardshell case included along with accessories & original shipping box.
