Cosmetic Condition: This guitar recently came to us from the personal collection of Rudy Schlacher, the former owner of Washburn Guitars. Rudy kept this guitar, as well as an assortment of other cool pieces, before he retired from the business. We are proud to present this fine example as essentially a new old stock item that was really never played & kept in pristine condition. It is all original & very clean with zero issues. The guitar plays great & offers a warm, rich tone.
Neck: C-shape rock maple neck with 5-ply binding & black side-dots. Ebony fingerboard with abalone inlays. 24 frets in perfect condition with no wear. Abalone & mother of pearl headstock inlay with 5-ply binding. Gold Grover Titan tuners in perfect working condition. Robert Conti signature on truss rod cover. 1.69" nut width; 24 3/4" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod is in perfect working condition.
Body: Solid carved Sitka spruce top with solid carved maple back. 4-ply body binding with maple sides. Ebony tailpiece with abalone floral inlay. Ebony bridge with adjustable saddle. Bound ebony pickguard with abalone inlay. Guitar weighs 5 lbs 13.5 oz.
Pickup: Gold Egnater floating mini humbucker with master volume & tone controls conveniently tucked away underneath the pickguard.
Case: Original deluxe hardshell case included with built-in hygrometer.
