The V-4EX retains these features but adds audio embedding, USB streaming out, an onboard multiviewer with touch control, frame synchronizers on all inputs, and more. Equipped with an audio mixer with up to a 4-frame delay, the V-4EX has a lot of useful functions - such as perfectly lip-syncing audio with a video source.
HDMI inputs 1-3 support video resolutions up to 480p/576p, while HDMI input 4 accepts resolutions up to 1080p and RGB up to WUXGA (1920 x 1200). Internal processing is SD-based; however, the output can be scaled up to 1080p or 1920 x 1200 if needed.
