Description
The Strymon PCH X2 Stereo Active DI Isolator is the stereo solution for players running dual amps, stereo pedalboards, modelers, or keys. It is essentially two X1 circuits in one enclosure, giving you the same pristine performance across left and right channels. If your rig lives in stereo, this keeps it that way all the way to the console.
Each channel features its own custom transformer, 2 MΩ input impedance, ground lift, and three position high pass filter at 80Hz or 240Hz. The frequency response remains flat from 10Hz to 80kHz with extremely low distortion, so your stereo image and low end stay intact. There is also a phase reverse switch on the left XLR output and a Sum switch that merges both inputs to the left output for quick mono compatibility without repatching your board. Non buffered Thru outputs let you feed amps or stage monitors independently from the balanced XLR outs.
The enclosure is the same thick 3mm extruded aluminum design, compact but road ready. For anyone serious about maintaining stereo integrity and eliminating ground loop noise on stage or in the studio, this is a clean and reliable tool we are happy to stand behind.
