Although its appointments are modest compared to some of the rest of the Martin line, don’t be fooled into believing this guitar has anything less than a bold voice. To go along with the humble appointments is also a humble price tag, making the affordability and value of this model speak as loudly as the guitar itself. This model is a slight change from the D16GT, with the addition of East Indian Rosewood back and sides. The D16RGT is a great strummer or picker with a big, clean sound and great playability. This Martin is in excellent condition with a few minor surface scratches. It includes a case and weighs 4 lbs, 9.6 ounces.
About the 16 Series:
Style "16" guitars were first introduced in 1961 to provide an affordable, high-quality Martin instrument with understated appointments.
