What makes this guitar special: This is a great SE Custom 24 that perfectly celebrates the great quality and integrity that helped build the PRS name. The upgraded Bareknuckle pickups are the real highlight, as they provide mass amount of huge and chunky tone across the board. The neck is warm and full with some growl and the bridge is hot and loaded with bite. The upgraded locking tuners are another great addition and give this guitar a step up in overall stability, especially with a tremolo bridge. The flame maple top looks fantastic in a Black Cherry finish and is well-complemented by gold hardware, pickup covers, and control knobs. Overall, this is a solid axe that has largely remained clean, plays great, and sounds even better.
Condition: This guitar is in very good condition overall. It does possess various small dings, dents, nicks, scuffs, and light scratches, but is still largely very clean and still looks great for a used guitar. There are screw holes from the modifications necessary to fit the upgraded locking tuners in place. The frets show almost no wear whatsoever and still have a full lifetime of playing left in them. The neck is straight and the truss rod functions as it should. Original pickups and tuning machines are included.
Body: Double cutaway mahogany body with a beveled maple top and flame maple veneer in Black Cherry finish. Gold top hat control knobs with gold inserts. PRS designed tremolo bridge.
Neck: Wide Thin profile maple neck and bound rosewood fingerboard with 30th Anniversary Birds inlays. Upgraded gold PRS USA locking tuning machines. 1 11/16” graphite nut. 25” scale.
Electronics: Bareknuckle Mule humbucking pickups in the neck and bridge. 1 x volume, 1 x push/pull tone control. 3-way pickup selector.
