It's flamey, it's fungal, and it's beautiful. Carvin made some really fantastic guitars and this one is no exception. This is a purpose built performance machine with a very slick neck and a very easy action that sounds as impressive as it looks.
Cosmetic condition: Exceptional overall shape. The guitar has a few minor surface scratches that only show up in direct light. This is about as clean as a used guitar gets. The hardware shines bright, the finish still polishes up nice, and it almost looks like it was just bought off the showroom floor.
Neck: Thin D mahogany neck with rosewood fingerboard and abalone inlays, 25" scale length, 1. 11/16" nut width, brushed locking tuners, and 22 stainless steel medium-jumbo frets.
Body: Solid mahogany single-cutaway body with a nicely flamed spalted maple top. Brushed Wilkinson floating tremolo bridge. Guitar weighs 8 pounds 5.4 ounces.
Electronics: Two humbuckers with Master Tone (push/pull for coil-splitting), Master Volume, and three-way toggle switching.
