Originally built for modern high performance with a poplar burl top, satin-finished caramelized maple neck, and a speedy shredder feel, this DK24 has been upgraded with Fishman Fluence pickups and a modified control layout. The 5-way switch has been swapped for a 3-way, with an added push-pull for coil splitting and a toggle to change voicings on the Fluence set. If you want a sleek, fast Charvel with versatile active tones, this guitar delivers.
Cosmetic Condition:
No dings or scratches. The gold hardware is clean and shows no weathering or tarnish.
Neck:
Caramelized maple "Speed Neck" with a satin finish. Minor fretwear but no signs of additional fretwork. Feels comfortable for fast runs and riffing.
Body:
Dinky shape with a poplar burl top under a Transparent Black Burst finish. The matching gold hardware adds a striking visual contrast.
Electronics:
Upgraded to Fishman Fluence humbuckers. The original 5-way switch has been replaced by a 3-way, plus a push-pull knob for coil splitting and a toggle switch for changing Fluence voicings.
