Description
What’s special about this guitar: This is a faithful and beautiful recreation of the Danelectro 67 Hornet. Features include a basswood body in satin red finish, vibrato tailpiece, dual lipstick pickups and a nicely rounded C-shaped neck. The pickups sound every bit as cool and retro as this thing looks!
Condition: Very good shape overall! There are various minor surface scratches throughout the guitar along with just a few small nicks, dings, and chips. The middle of the tailpiece/bridge has sunken in a bit but the strings are sitting level so it is not affecting playability negatively (see photos). The fingerboard and frets have hardly any play wear and tons of life left in them and the truss rod functions perfectly. All electronics and parts are in perfect working condition.
Body: Solid basswood body in satin red finish. Height-adjustable tremolo bridge with a rosewood saddles. Silver control panel with black control knobs with silver inserts and a metallic pickguard.
Neck: C-shaped neck with a rosewood fingerboard. Pearloid dot inlays and a 1 ¾” nut. Vintage-style nickel tuners with ivoroid buttons, 24 ¾” scale length.
Pickups/Electronics: Lipstick pickups in the neck and bridge with dual volume and tone controls and a 3-way selector switch.
Neck: 3.42K Ohms.
Bridge: 3.61K Ohms.
Weight: 6lbs, 0.5oz.
