Built to replicate the 12-string acoustic played by blues & folk legend Lead Belly, this gorgeous Dell Arte guitar was handcrafted by luthier John Kinnard in San Diego, CA. Featuring a long 26 1/2" scale length with a solid spruce top paired with solid mahogany for the back & sides. Great shape & gorgeous tone. Professionally set up & ready to play.
Cosmetic Condition: A few tiny dents & dings along with mild surface scratches, but very clean overall.
Neck: Mahogany neck with ebony fingerboard & pearloid dot inlays. Frets are in great shape with no wear. Slotted headstock with rosewood overlay. Gotoh tuners with ivoroid buttons. 2" nut width; 26 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Solid spruce top in sunburst finish with gorgeous herringbone & checkered purfling. Bound soundhole also with matching herringbone/checkered rosette. Trapeze tailpiece with thick ebony bridge & compensated saddle. Solid mahogany back & sides with matching herringbone/checkered center strip. Ivoroid-bound top & back. 16" lower bout width & guitar weighs 5 lbs 0.4 oz.
Electronics: There's an output jack just below the bottom strap button, but there are no electronics in the guitar.
Case: Original hardshell case included.
