The Allen Woody Rumblekat bass is the result of a historic collaboration with Epiphone & the late great Allen Woody, legendary bassist for the Allman Brothers Band & Gov’t Mule. Featuring a chambered mahogany body with 5-ply maple & spruce top, gold hardware & a pair of slick sounding NYT Bass mini humbuckers. Professionally set up & ready to play straight out of the case.
Cosmetic Condition: Used, but not abused, with some typical mild play wear - a few dents & dings; scratches & tarnished hardware.
Neck: Slender profile mahogany neck with white binding & black side-dots. 12" radius rosewood fingerboard with pearloid dot inlays. Frets are in great shape with no wear. Bound headstock with Allen Woody signature. Gold diecast tuners in perfect working condition. 1.68" nut width; 30" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Single-cutaway, chambered mahogany body with 5-ply maple & spruce top. 4-ply top & back binding. 3-point top-loading bridge with adjustable saddles & gold hardware. Bass weighs 7 lbs 12.1 oz.
Electronics: 2 NYT Bass mini humbuckers. Dual volume & master tone controls with gold "top hat" knobs. All electronics are in perfect working condition.
Case: Original hardshell case included.
