What makes this guitar special: This Masterbilt plays beautifully! Lots of high end clarity, with a full low end for a perfect tonal complement. It has a high ceiling for heavy strumming, with a warm and natural tone that projects impressively, even when finger-picking. Adorned beautifully with gold-sealed tuners, a bone nut, decorative inlays, and a solid cedar top, this guitar looks as great as it plays.
Cosmetic condition: Overall very good condition, with some playwear scratching on the pickguard, and a few small surface scratches and scuffs on the body. “Used” is etched into the back of the headstock, and the original serial in the body cavity has been stickered over with a replacement.
Body: Double bound rosewood body with solid cedar top, tortoise pickguard, and multi-ring rosette. Rosewood bridge with white bridge pins. Lower bout width measures 15 1/4" with 4 1/8” depth.
Weight: 4lb, 13oz
Neck: Mahogany V-profile neck with white side dots and pearloid cross inlays. Rosewood fingerboard is in great condition with minimal wear, and frets have a lot of life left in them. Gold-sealed Grover tuners function perfectly. 25 1/2" scale length, 1 3/4" nut width. Neck is straight and truss rod works as it should.
Electronics: e-Sonic 2 Stereo preamp with Shadow NanoMag neck pickup and NanoFlex bridge pickup with independent pickup EQ, Anti-feedback switch, built-in tuner, and optional stereo output jack.
