What makes this guitar special: Made by hand at the ESP Custom Shop in Japan, the KH-2 is simply a bolt-on monster for shredding guitarists, with a comfortable alder body, extra-thin U-shaped maple neck, rosewood fingerboard with 24 extra-jumbo frets and Kirk's signature inlays. High-end components include Gotoh tuners, a Floyd Rose Original bridge, and a set of EMG active pickups. Professionally set up with fresh strings & low action, so it's ready to play upon arrival.
Cosmetic Condition: Used, but not abused, with some mild play wear - some minor nicks, chips, dents & dings along with surface scratches.
Neck: Maple neck with rosewood fingerboard & white side-dots. Skull & crossbones inlays. Frets are in great shape with practically no wear. Gotoh tuners are in perfect working condition. 1 11/16" nut width with locking nut; 25 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Contoured, solid alder body finished in black. Floyd Rose tremolo bridge & locking saddles. Original trem arm included. Guitar weighs 7 lbs 8.6 oz.
Electronics: EMG active pickups. Bridge - 16.01K ohms; Neck - 15.86K ohms. Dual volume & master tone controls with black knurled knobs; 3-way selector switch. All electronics are in perfect working condition.
Case: Original hardshell case included.
