Description
This used Fender American Performer Stratocaster in Arctic White blends classic Strat tone and feel with a few modern upgrades that make it even more versatile. Built in Corona, California, this model features a rosewood fingerboard, satin urethane-finished maple neck with a modern "C" profile, and jumbo frets on a 9.5" radius for fast, fluid playability. The standout mod here is the addition of a Seymour Duncan JB Jr. in the bridge position, a single-coil-sized humbucker that adds midrange punch, drive, and heat to this otherwise classic SSS layout. It's a killer upgrade for players who want more gain on tap while keeping the Strat's signature feel.
The Yosemite single-coils in the neck and middle are dynamic and articulate, and the push/pull switch adds the neck pickup in parallel for positions 1 and 2, opening up some Tele-style tonal territory. Greasebucket tone circuitry lets you roll back highs without muddying your tone. Overall, it's a clean, gig-ready Strat that delivers Fender quality with added versatility. Fully inspected and professionally set up, ready to plug in and perform.
