The Fender American Professional Classic Mustang Bass in 3-Color Sunburst combines the short-scale comfort and punchy tone that made the Mustang Bass famous with modern upgrades for today's player. It's ideal for bassists who want a fast, comfortable feel, tight low end, and vintage vibe in a more compact package. The 3-color sunburst finish with black pickguard keeps the look classic.
This model features an alder body with a gloss urethane finish, a Modern "C" maple neck, and a rosewood fingerboard with 19 frets. The Coastline Mustang Bass pickup delivers warm, punchy tone that works well across genres, from indie and rock to funk and pop. The Master Greasebucket tone circuit lets you roll off highs without adding extra low end, offering more precise tonal shaping. A 4-saddle Mustang Bass bridge with strings-through-body construction ensures solid sustain and intonation, while vintage-style "lollipop" tuners keep tuning stable.
