Description
The 1994 Fender American Standard Jazz Bass in 3-Color Sunburst is a straightforward example of the model during a period when Fender had settled into a consistent production formula. Built in the USA, this version keeps the traditional Jazz Bass layout intact with alder body construction and a pair of vintage-style single-coil pickups. It delivers the expected response; clear low end, defined mids, and enough top-end presence to sit well in a mix without getting harsh.
The 34" scale and standard Jazz Bass control layout keep everything familiar and easy to dial in. The graphite-reinforced maple neck adds stability, paired with a rosewood fingerboard for a slightly warmer feel under the hands. Cosmetic Condition:
Surface wear such minor scratches and patina are showing but nothing major. For a 30+ year old instrument, this is very clean.

Graphite-reinforced maple neck with a 34" scale length and 1.5" nut width. Rosewood fingerboard with a 9.5" radius, white dot inlays, and 20 medium jumbo frets showing minimal playwear. Standard die-cast tuners. Neck is straight, truss rod functions properly.
Body:
Alder body in 3-Color Sunburst with a polyurethane finish. Offset Jazz Bass body shape with a 3-ply white pickguard and standard American Standard bridge.
Electronics:
Dual vintage-style single-coil Jazz Bass pickups with volume, volume, and master tone controls. Passive electronics. Electronics are functioning properly.
