What makes this guitar special: This is a very slick looking and playing Fender parts Jazz bass. Assembled using a “Crafted in Japan” Aerodyne J-Bass neck and a “Crafted in Japan” Geddy Lee J-Bass body, this is a very tastefully appointed bass that sounds a plays like a much more expensive instrument. The American Vintage pickups provide a strong punchy midrange and a well-rounded low end that can complement any musical style and genre. Plus it features a professional setup from our in-house technician, so you’ll know it will play fantastically.
Condition: This bass is in very good, if not better, condition. It displays some light surface scratches, and a few nicks and dings, but is still very clean for a used instrument. The frets display some light wear and have tons of life left. The neck is straight and the truss rod functions perfectly.
Body: Double cutaway contoured alder body in gloss black finish. 4-ply red tortoise shell pickguard. Chrome Badass II bass bridge. Black J-Bass control knobs and chrome control plate.
Neck: Slim (.82” at the 1st fret, .96” at the 12th fret) satin finish maple neck with skunk stripe. 20 fret “ebonized rosewood” fingerboard with aftermarket Mother-of-Pearl dot inlays and white side dots. Gloss black finished headstock with silver Fender logo. Chrome Jazz Bass open gear tuning machines with clover buttons. 1 ½” width bone nut. 34” scale length.

Playability/Sound: The slim jazz bass neck is very comfortable to hold, and the satin finish allows for easy maneuverability and quickness across all registers.
