The guitar will ship with all original factory documentation and packaging. This Fender Custom Shop 1951 Nocaster Heavy Relic in Crimson Red Transparent is a NAMM Limited Edition build that brings classic '50s Tele vibes with modern playability. Featuring a lightweight 2-piece select ash body, this Nocaster is finished in a Heavy Relic lacquer treatment, giving it a road-worn look and feel that's dialed in right from the start.
The one-piece quarter-sawn maple neck is shaped to a chunky Nocaster U profile, measuring .950" at the 1st fret and 1.000" at the 12th, offering a solid, vintage-style grip. A 9.5" radius fingerboard and 21 Narrow Tall 6105 frets provide a smooth playing experience, balancing classic feel with modern precision.
For pickups, this Nocaster is loaded with Custom Shop Hand-Wound '50-'51 Blackguard pickups, delivering the articulate, punchy tone these guitars are known for. The modern Tele wiring with Greasebucket tone circuit ensures that you can dial back highs without adding unwanted muddiness, making it a versatile setup for any style.
Additional vintage-inspired features include a '51 Nocaster bridge with brass saddles, vintage-style Fender tuners, and a 1-ply black phenolic pickguard. The guitar ships in a Fender Custom Shop Tweed case, rounding out this masterfully aged Tele with everything you'd expect from the Custom Shop.
