What makes this guitar special: Fender Custom Shop's Limited Edition 2016 NAMM 1957 Heavy Relic Stratocaster hearkens back to the heart of Fender’s Golden Age, when their design and execution was first hitting its prime. It comes fully-loaded with a set of three Poblano Stratocaster single-coil pickups that combine with modern five-way switching to put a wealth of classic tones at your disposal. Faithful to and inspired by many original design elements, it is also packed with a full roster of authentic vintage appointments, including a '57 soft "V" AA quartersawn maple neck, Sanko 6105 frets, an American Vintage bridge and vintage-style tuning machines. The combination of its deeply-contoured alder body and nitrocellulose lacquer finish also provides the perfect blend of resonance and sustain, making it an excellent all-around tribute to the original designs, and provides familiar, full-bodied Strat tone time and again. It has quite the unique look too, with a heavy relic job applied throughout the guitar, exemplified most in its black/paisley finish. A jaw-dropper in playability, aesthetics, and sound, this is one Strat that you truly don't want to miss out on.
Cosmetic condition: Excellent condition with plenty of life left in the frets, and no cosmetic blemishes other than the heavy relic job.
