Another magnificent creation from the folks at Fender's Custom Shop - we proudly present this gorgeous '62 Jazz Bass Relic finished in classic 3-Tone Sunburst. Comfortable feel coupled with superb tone make this Jazz Bass a sure fire winner for just about any playing style. Professionally set up & ready to play straight out of the case.
Cosmetic Condition: This bass was originally sold brand new in our shop to one of our local customers who just recently traded it back in. Intentionally "aged" at the factory to give it that well-worn "vintage" look.
Neck: Slender profile maple neck with 9.5" radius dark rosewood fingerboard & clay dot inlays. Medium Jumbo frets are clean with no wear. Open-gear "clover" tuners & round string tree. 1 1/2" nut width; 34" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod is in perfect working condition.
Body: Contoured, solid alder body finished in 3-Tone Sunburst. Top-loading bridge with four adjustable saddles & original bridge cover. 4-ply tortoise pickguard with black tugbar & nickel hardware. Bass weighs 9 lbs 4.6 oz.
Electronics: Handwound Vintage Jazz Bass single coils. Dual volume & tone controls with concentric knobs. All electronics are in perfect working condition.
Case: Original hardshell case included along with COA, Shop Floor Traveler & accessories.
