Description
Nothing wails like a vintage black Strat with a maple fingerboard. This ultra-sleek Fender Custom Shop 69 Relic pays tribute to those rockin' guitars, and it's a jaw-dropping axe from top to bottom. Loaded with a two hand-wound '69 Strat single coils (neck & middle) that deliver glistening tones characterized by deep, decadent lows & bright, spanky highs. The middle pickup is reverse-wound/reverse-polarity for hum canceling in the middle position, allowing for noiseless operation when needed. The bridge pickup is a hand-wound Texas Special, which adds a unique tonal perspective to the two others. Professionally set up with fresh strings & low action, so it's ready to go straight out of the case.
