Description
Fender's Flea Signature Active Jazz Bass certainly befits its artist's style - it has a unique look and sound for a Jazz bass that is anything but traditional. Its custom-crafted body has a satin urethane finish, making it smooth to the touch, with an Inca Silver finish and matching headstock. Of course, it's also unique in that it's an active bass, with a built-in Aguilar OBP-1 18-volt preamp and hot Fender custom humbucking pickup. This bass has loads of power, and its tone you can easily contour with controls for Master Volume, Treble, and Bass. Plus, its "C" shaped quartersawn maple neck and 12" to 16" compound radius maple fingerboard make for a smooth, easy feel for your fretting hand across all 22 frets. It's a bass that's truly worthy of Flea himself, with all the unique looks and power you need to keep up with his eclectic playing style.
