What’s special about this guitar: This is a Fender made in Japan Telecaster with a custom Tweed tolex cover on the body and amp grill cloth on the pickguard. The work was done professionally by the Bowler Brothers. The pickups has a Nashville Tele pickup configuration and is equipped with a set of Amalfitano single coils. This guitar also features the fotoflame neck with the “hamburglar” image on the back. This is a very unique guitar unlike any other and the pickups sound fantastic so it will be a great player!
Condition: Very good shape overall. The body has been covered in tweed covering with a shellac finish giving it a cool vintage look. The fingerboard and frets are in very good shape with light play wear and some heavier wear towards the lower registers. The neck has a small amount of reliefe with the truss rod tightened but the action is very comfortable with no playability issues. The truss rod itself functions perfectly. All electronics and parts are in perfect working condition.
Body: Solid contoured body with tweed covering and a shellac finish. There is a playing card graphic on the lower bass side bout. Modern-style bridge with six individual saddles. Chrome control panel with dual chicken head control knobs and a selector switch. Amp grill cloth pickguard.
Neck: “C’ shaped maple neck with fotoflame on back featuring the “hamburglar” image. Rosewood fingerboard with white dot inlays and a 1 5/8” nut. Vintage-style nickel tuners, 25.5” scale length.
Pickups/Electronics: Amalfitano single-coil pickups in the neck, middle and bridge with master volume and tone controls and a 5-way selector switch.
