The G&L ASAT Classic Bluesboy is a factory-modded version of Leo's final word on the traditional single-cutaway bolt-on axe. For players looking for the unmistakable warmth of a classic humbucker in the neck position, the Bluesboy delivers with a well-balanced pairing of a G&L Alnico humbucker and a single-coil G&L Magnetic Field Design bridge pickup designed by Leo Fender. Framed in a classic boxed-steel bridge, the single-coil MFD pickup delivers crisp attack with complex harmonics while individual brass saddles offer modern levels of intonation refinement. Cosmetic Condition: Excellent condition overall & very clean for the most part. There are a few tiny indentations on the treble-side horn of the body along with various mild surface scratches.
Neck: Classic C-shape hard rock maple neck with 12" radius maple fingerboard & black dot inlays. Medium Jumbo frets show a bit of wear, but have plenty of life in them. Sperzel Standard tuners work perfectly. 1 5/8" width bone nut; 25 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod functions perfectly.
Body: Solid swamp ash body finished in Clear Orange. String-thru boxed-steel bridge with six adjustable brass saddles. 3-ply white pearloid pickguard. Guitar weighs 9 lbs 3.2 oz.
Electronics: Seymour Duncan Seth Lover neck humbucker & G&L MFD ASAT Classic bridge single coil with 3-way selector switch. Master volume & tone controls with knurled dome knobs. All electronics are in perfect working condition.
