A beautiful example of an early G&L bass, this thing has got the tone and the looks to take on any job. The wonderfully figured ash body has a good heft but it gives it such a natural resonance and sustain before you plug it in.
Cosmetic Condition: Very good overall condition for its age with very light scratches and no tarnishing.
Neck: Wide and thin C maple neck with rosewood fretboard and pearl dot inlays. Frets are clean but show a little play wear. G&L bass tuners with single string tree. 1 11/16" nut width; 34" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works perfectly.
Body: Solid ash body in a Natural finish. High mass top loading bridge. Bass weighs a mighty 11lbs 0.1oz.
Electronics: Dual humbuckers with single volume and dual tone controls controlled by Tri-Tone system.
