Description
Originally part of Gibson's Custom Line, this now discontinued model has been a favorite of players ever since its debut back in the early '90s. Featuring a semi-hollow thinline body loaded with a pair of creamy sounding humbuckers, that deliver rich, smooth tones, just the way Chet liked them. Professionally inspected & set up by the experts here at Cream City Music, so the guitar is ready to play straight out of the case.
Cosmetic Condition: Great shape overall & quite clean with some mild surface scratches & light checking along with a tiny bit of hanger burn on either side of the headstock. The guitar was previously fitted with a Bigsby, so there are three extra screw holes in the bottom of the body.
Neck: Slim taper maple neck with cream side-dots. Ebony fingerboard with mother of pearl dot inlays. Frets are clean with no wear. Gibson Deluxe tuners with Keystone buttons. 1 3/4" nut width; 25 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Double-bound, semi-hollow maple body with dual F-holes. Stopbar tailpiece with Tune-O-Matic bridge. Silver plexi pickguard with Tennessean logo. Guitar weighs 8 lbs 15.3 oz.
Electronics: Dual Gibson humbuckers with black bezels. Master volume & tone controls along with individual pickup volume controls. Black speed knobs & 3-way toggle switch. All electronics are in good working condition.
Case: Original hardshell case included.
