A faithful recreation of a '63 SG Junior finished in classic Cherry Red & given a light VOS treatment. The one-piece neck married to a one-piece body creates an exceptionally resonant guitar & the single P-90 kicks out rich, robust tones. Professionally set up & ready to play straight out of the case.
Cosmetic Condition: Great shape overall with some mild surface scratches & very tiny chipping along the bass-side of the headstock just above the nut. The guitar is really clean & has a great vibe to it.
Neck: One-piece mahogany neck with cream side-dots. Rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl dot inlays. Frets are clean with no wear. Kluson Deluxe strip tuners with white buttons. 1 11/16" nut width; 24 3/4" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works perfectly.
Body: One-piece solid mahogany body finished in Cherry Red. Wrap-around "lightning bar" tailpiece/bridge. 3-ply black pickguard & nickel hardware. Guitar weighs 6 lbs 7.5 oz.
Electronics: One P-90 single coil with black "dog ear" cover. Master volume & tone controls with black "top hat" knobs. Bumble-bee cap & all electronics are in perfect working condition.
Case: Original hardshell case included along with COA, hang tags & original shipping box!
