This limited edition Songwriter Koa is a powerhouse instrument, handcrafted with stunning AAA Koa back and sides for a beautiful high end with added tonal complexity from Gibson's 1930's style top bracing. The headstock is crowned with a matching koa veneer for added elegance. Limited to only 50 handmade premium instruments worldwide. Professionally set up & ready to play.
Cosmetic Condition: Excellent condition - very clean & still like new.
Neck: 1-piece mahogany neck with cream binding & black side-dots. 12" radius rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl double parallelogram inlays. Frets are in great shape with no wear. Koa headstock veneer & Gold Grover Rotomatic tuners. Custom Shop logo on the back of the headstock & Custom truss rod cover. 1.725" nut width; 25.5" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Double-bound, square shoulder dreadnought. Solid Sitka spruce top in Honeyburst finish. Rosewood bridge with compensated saddle. Tortoise pickguard & abalone rosette. Solid AAA-grade Koa back & sides with gorgeous figuring. Guitar weighs 4 lbs 9.2 oz.
