What makes this guitar special: There’s an absolute ton to love about this ES-335 in just about every facet. It features a gorgeous AAA figured maple top with excellent figuring that perfectly sits between subtle and gaudy, especially with the Sunset Burst finish helping to nuance it. It plays great head to toe and has a good amount of natural resonance. The Burstbuckers sound fantastic through and through and embody the semi-hollow build with a nice full response that doesn’t overwhelm the subtleties of its warm and woody character. In addition, it’s super clean, shows very little playwear and will get a full in-house setup before being shipped off to its next owner.
Cosmetic Condition: This guitar is in excellent condition overall, if not better. It shows only minor play wear, mostly very light surface scratches, but is otherwise in fantastic shape for a used guitar. The neck is straight and the truss rod functions as it should.
Body: Double cutaway semi-hollow 3-ply maple and poplar body with AAA figured maple top in nitrocellulose Sunset Burst finish. Cream binding. Raised multi-ply black pickguard. Chrome ABR-1 bridge with titanium inserts. Stopbar tailpiece. Unbound F-holes. Black top hat knobs with silver indicators.
