What makes this guitar special: The most current model on the market, this Explorer T is the updated version of a rock and roll classic. Its Slim Taper neck plays incredibly easy and due to its trim depth, is perfect for shredders and other fast-playing styles. The 496R and 500T humbuckers provide a ton of Gibson chunk but still do just as well with punch and grit, especially from the latter. Its Heritage Cherry finish is a Gibson classic and looks even better over the great figuring of its mahogany body. Plus, it’s still in fantastic shape for a used guitar and even comes with a professional in-house setup so it plays great as soon as it’s tuned up.
Cosmetic Condition: This guitar is in excellent condition overall and shows only very minor surface scratches and light playwear but is otherwise in excellent shape. The frets are nearly untouched and the truss rod and electronics are all working perfectly.
Body: Offset solid mahogany body in Heritage Cherry finish. Chrome Tune-o-matic bridge and stop bar tailpiece. Black speed knobs. 3-ply white pickguard.
