This gorgeous example from 2014 is no exception & exemplifies all that is cool about the Firebird. An absolutely superb player loaded with a pair of dynamic & muscular sounding mini humbuckers that really deliver the goods. Cosmetic Condition: Used, but not abused, with only mild play wear. Overall the guitar looks great with a super cool vibe to it.
Neck: Slim taper mahogany neck with cream binding & black side-dots. Rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl trapezoid inlays. Frets are in great shape with no wear. Reverse headstock with Steinberger tuners in perfect working condition. 1 11/16" nut width; 24 3/4" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Neck-thru design with solid mahogany wings. Stopbar tailpiece & Tune-O-Matic bridge. 3-ply white pickguard with red Firebird logo. Guitar weighs 7 lbs 7.5 oz. Lightweight & exceptionally resonant!
Electronics: Two mini humbuckers with chrome bezels. Bridge - 23.46K ohms; Neck - 15.25K ohms. Dual volume & tone controls with black "top hat" knobs; 3-way toggle switch. All electronics are in perfect working condition.
Case: Original hardshell case included. The middle latch un-riveted from the case, but is included.
