Only 564 Les Paul Tribute 1952s were made, each stamped with one of the 94 years in the life of Les Paul on the back of the headstock. Never before has a Les Paul guitar been so completely designed to Les' original specifications. Anchored by a mahogany body, maple top & rosewood fingerboard, this gorgeous guitar is equipped with an all-new bridge that's an exact replica of Les' original 1952 patent. Exceptionally clean & professionally set up.
Cosmetic Condition: Aside from a dent/chip in the side of the body, the guitar is in great shape & very clean overall.
Neck: Nicely rounded mahogany neck with cream binding & black side-dots. Rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl trapezoid inlays. Frets are in great shape with no wear. Gibson Deluxe tuners with Keystone buttons. Chrome truss rod cover with Tribute engraving & PROTOTYPE stamped into the back of the headstock. 1 11/16" nut width; 24 3/4" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Solid mahogany body with maple top & cream binding. The goldtop finish looks gorgeous! Long trapeze tailpiece with wrap-around bar bridge & chrome hardware. Single-ply cream pickguard & jackplate. Guitar weighs 9 lbs 14.4 oz.
Electronics: P-90 single coils with cream "soap bar" covers. Dual volume & tone controls with gold speed knobs; 3-way toggle switch. All electronics are in perfect working condition.
Case: Gibson hardshell case included along with original COA & paperwork.
