Description
The Godin Montreal Premiere HT in Laguna Blue blends vintage-inspired semi-hollow warmth with modern clarity and reliability. Built with Canadian Wild Cherry for the top, back, and sides, this guitar delivers a lively, articulate voice with impressive resonance thanks to Godin's innovative breathe-through carved core design. The thinner, acoustic-inspired semi gloss finish allows the body to resonate more freely, enhancing harmonic complexity and dynamic response. Whether you are leaning into warm jazz voicings, expressive blues leads, or articulate rock rhythms, this instrument responds with depth and clarity.
Equipped with a Seymour Duncan Jazz SH-2n in the neck and a Godin Custom humbucker in the bridge, the tonal range is broad and highly usable. The neck pickup provides smooth, articulate warmth with excellent note separation, while the bridge offers focused punch and midrange presence without harshness. The 24.75 inch scale length and 12 inch radius rosewood fingerboard create a comfortable, familiar feel that makes bends effortless and chords articulate. Paired with the GraphTech Resomax hardtail bridge, tuning stability and sustain are excellent. This guitar has been inspected and set up to play cleanly and comfortably, making it ready for stage or studio work.
