A discontinued & now somewhat rare model in a flashy Firebird Red finish with terrific playability & tone. The DeArmond 2000 pickups sound fantastic & deliver that great hollow body sound Gretsch is famous for. Professionally set up with fresh strings & low action so it's ready to play straight out of the case.
Cosmetic condition: Excellent condition overall - very clean with various mild surface scratches.
Neck: Slender profile maple neck with cream binding & black side-dots. Rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl "thumbnail" inlays. Frets are in great shape with hardly any wear. Vintage-style tuners are in perfect working condition. 1 11/16" nut width; 24 3/4" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod is in good working condition.
Body: Double-bound, hollow maple body with dual F-holes. Bigsby tremolo tailpiece with compensated bridge in a floating rosewood base. Black plexi pickguard & chrome hardware. Guitar weighs 7 lbs 2.5 oz.
Electronics: Dual DeArmond 2000 single coils. Master volume & tone controls. Individual pickup volume controls all with "G" Arrow knobs. 3-way toggle switch. All electronics are in perfect working condition.
Case: Hardshell case included.
