What makes this guitar special: With its round neck profile and on-board electronics, this Gretsch resonator is capable of standing out from the crowd in more ways than one. The subtle 2 tone sunburst looks fantastic and pairs wonderfully with the overall character and vibe of this instrument, which is surprisingly clean for being a used piece. The gritty voice this resonator possesses is truly unique and is recreated faithfully when plugged in, so it will perform admirably wandering around the house or when out on stage. Plus it features a professional setup from our in-house tech, so all you will need to do is tune it.
Condition: This guitar is in excellent condition overall. It does display some light surface scratches in the common playing areas, but is free of any other dents, dings or nicks. The frets are in excellent shape with tons of life left in them. The neck is straight and the truss rod functions perfectly.
Body: Double bound resonator body shape with laminate mahogany construction in vintage sunburst semi-gloss finish. Single-ply aged white binding. Hand spun aluminum resonator cone with spider bridge assembly. Chrome resonator cover.
Neck: 12 fret to the body mahogany neck with a medium V profile (.83” at the 1st fret, 1” at the 9th fret). 19 fret bound rosewood fingerboard with white dot inlays and black side dots. Pearloid headstock laminate and truss rod cover. Nickel open gear tuning machines with black buttons. 1 ¾” nut width. 25” scale length.
