Description
What makes this guitar special? This Hamer Special plays like a champ. It is well suited for the quick, low action our techs have set it up with and the overall body/neck balance, weight, and exclusive custom shop body cuts make it extremely comfortable to play. In addition, it has a gorgeous flame top that takes on extra character in the right light. The dark cut of rosewood used for the fretboard beautifully compliments the orange body and cream trim, giving it a bit of a retro color theme. Even though it looks nice enough to hang on the wall, this is a players’ guitar and deserves to be in the hands of someone who will put it to good use. Be that player and give it a home before someone else does.
Condition: This Hamer Special is in very good condition overall and plays just as well. It does have various light surface scratches and a few minor dings throughout the body and neck from normal playwear, but still constitutes a clean figure. The neck is straight and truss rod functions as it should. The frets show light wear and still have a lot of life in them.

Playability/Sound: This Hamer plays great top to bottom. Between the medium profile neck and low action our techs have set it up with, it plays with incredible ease. It has good neck/body balance, a good weight, and the pickups are everything you’d expect out of well built humbuckers.
