What makes this guitar special: A spectacular cutaway classical guitar with all the performance capabilities you might expect from a high-end instrument, but priced in a much more affordable range. This gorgeous Caballero 10 features a solid Cedar top with beautiful Walnut back & sides. The neck shape is less of a traditional classical design & more like a modern steel string acoustic neck. In other words, not quite as wide & flat, but narrower & more rounded in the back - very comfortable & silky smooth. The cutaway allows for easy access to the upper frets & the Fishman preamp guarantees stage-readiness at any given moment. Professionally set up with fresh strings & low action, so it plays & sounds marvelous.
Cosmetic Condition: Great shape overall with very little play wear - some minor nicks & dings; surface scratches & light pick wear.
Neck: Nicely rounded mahogany neck with rosewood fingerboard & abalone dot inlays. Frets are in great shape with no wear. Slotted headstock with traditional classical tuners in perfect working condition. 1 11/16" nut width; 25 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Double-bound, cutaway body with solid Cedar top. Rosewood bridge with compensated saddle & intricate rosette. Walnut back & sides. The back is nicely bookmatched & shows off some really pretty character in the wood. Guitar weighs 3 lbs 13.6 oz.
Electronics: Fishman Clasica III preamp with built-in tuner.
