Handcrafted by the Martin Custom Shop, this gorgeous OOOO-14 Fret features Wild Grain Rosewood for the back & sides of the body - perfectly book matched & absolutely stunning to gaze upon! Sitka spruce top with Quilted Maple binding & Herringbone purfling round out the package. The guitar was fitted with an after-market K&K passive pickup with soundhole-mounted volume control. Cosmetic Condition: Immaculate condition - exceptionally clean & still like new! The guitar is not even hanging in our showroom. It was photographed for the ad & then tucked away so it stays clean.
Neck: Modified Low Oval mahogany neck with white side-dots. Ebony fingerboard with abalone diamond inalys. Frets are perfect with no wear. Grover Butterbean tuners work perfectly. 1 3/4" width bone nut; 25.340" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works perfectly.
Body: 0000-14 fret body with Quilted Maple top & back binding. Solid Sitka spruce top with Herringbone purfling & scalloped Sitka top braces. Ebony bridge with compensated bone saddle. Tortoise pickguard & Style 28 rosette. Solid Wild Grain East Indian Rosewood back & sides with Quilted Maple binding. Zigzag center strip & maple heel cap. Guitar weighs 4 lbs 5.9 oz.
