Description
One of Martin's most popular dreadnought models, the D-18 offer spartan features with king-sized tone - a warm, rich voice with powerful sound projection & excellent dynamics. Professionally set up & ready to play straight out of the case.
Cosmetic Condition: Various nicks, dents & dings along with surface scratches. There are two tiny holes & a bit of glue residue on the neck block most likely from a previous battery holder, but the guitar does not currently have any electronics.
Neck: Mahogany neck with white side-dots. Beautiful, dark rosewood fingerboard with pearloid dot inlays. Frets show some wear, but have plenty of life in them. Martin diecast tuners work perfectly. 1 11/16" nut width; 25.4" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Double-bound dreadnought body in natural finish. Solid spruce top with rosewood bridge & compensated saddle. Black end pins with white dot inlays. Black pickguard with multi-ring rosette. Solid mahogany back & sides with single black center strip. There are no electronics & the guitar weighs 4 lbs 3.4 oz.
Case: Original hardshell case included.
