A now discontinued model, this gorgeous D-28 Marquis is an absolute powerhouse dreadnought with a rich, booming voice that projects like a cannon - and it's a lefty!
Fully inspected & professionally set up so it's ready to play straight out of the case.
Cosmetic Condition: Used, but not abused - various nicks, chips, dents & dings; surface scratches & just general mild play wear.
Neck: V-shaped mahogany neck with white side-dots. Ebony fingerboard with abalone diamond inlays. Frets show a bit of wear, but have plenty of life in them. Open-gear Butterbean tuners. 1 3/4" nut width; 25.4" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works perfectly.
Body: Double-bound dreadnought body in high gloss sunburst finish. Solid Adirondak spruce top with herringbone purfling. Ebony bridge with bone saddle. Tortoise pickguard & multi-ring rosette. Solid Indian rosewood back & sides with zig zag center strip. Guitar weighs 4 lbs 10.6 oz.
Electronics: Passive, under-saddle pickup.
