Description
Made in Japan by Fuji Gen Gakki for Gibson, this ultra cool J-200 features a solid spruce top in classic sunburst finish with on-board electronics. Professionally set up & ready to play upon arrival.
Cosmetic Condition: Used, but certainly not abused with signs of mild play wear - various little nicks, chips, dents & dings along with surface scratches, but really great shape for its age.
Neck: Maple neck with cream binding & black side-dots. Rosewood fingerboard with pearloid crown inlays. Frets show some wear, but have plenty of life in them. Vintage-style tuners with Keystone buttons. 1 11/16" nut width; 25 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Jumbo size body with multi-layer top & back binding. Solid spruce top in sunburst finish. Tortoise pickguard with floral motif & multi-ring rosette. Rosewood "mustache" bridge with pearloid inlays & compensated saddle. Maple back & sides with multi-colored center strip. Guitar weighs 5 lbs 8.3 oz.
Electronics: Orville by Gibson side-mounted preamp with Volume, Bass, Mid & Treble sliders. The pickup element is becoming unreliable - the D & G strings don't come through like the others.
Case: Hardshell case included.
