It features exquisite craftsmanship made in America, including a mid contour cutaway body design with a AAA ceder top. The back has a hand-laid Lyrachord contour and the neck is 5-piece curly mahogany with an ebony fingerboard. Refinements include gold Schaller tuners, Koa body binging with 3-ply wood purfling and a special 50th anniversary inlay at the 12th fret. This guitar is ready to take to the stage with Ovation's high-end OP Pro Studio preamp and pickup package. Professionally set up with fresh strings & low action.
Cosmetic Condition: Excellent condition overall - some mild surface scratches, but very clean for the most part.
Neck: V-shaped mahogany neck with cream side-dots. 10" radius ebony fingerboard with koa binding. Frets are clean with no wear. 12th fret 50th Anniversary Phoenix & 50th Anniversary truss rod cover. Gold Schaller tuners with ebonoid buttons. 1 11/16" nut width; 25 1/4" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Hand laid lyrachord body with mid contour cutaway. AAA-grade solid cedar top with custom X-pattern bracing & ebony bridge. Koa binding with 3-ply wood purfling. Koa rosette with shell inlay. Guitar weighs 5 lbs 0.2 oz.
Electronics: OP Pro Studio electronics with OCP1 pickup.
